Joshua Knattress is a Solicitor at our firm who primarily works as an estate lawyer. His main focus is in the areas of estate planning and estate disputes. Apart from estate planning, he also works on a diverse range of matters under family law, criminal law, and employment law. He is passionate about advocating for clients in a variety of legal cases.
He holds a double degree and has graduated with a Bachelor of Law and Bachelor of Business from Western Sydney University. He completed his Practical Legal Training from the College of Law in 2021.
Joshua is proficient in dealing with challenging cases. It is this challenging and often complicated nature of the law that draws him to the profession. He makes use of his legal knowledge and interpersonal skills to help our clients navigate through the various complexities of the law.
Joshua works closely with our Principal Solicitors and shows great insight when dealing with difficult legal matters. Joshua’s organised nature enables him to be an asset at the firm, allowing the team to finalise all cases in an efficient and timely manner.
Outside of his role as a Solicitor, Joshua’s interests lie in reading fantasy novels, and following NBA, NRL and Formula 1. He has a liking for travelling, and so far, has been greatly impressed with Europe as a travel destination.
