Elaine Han

Elaine Han is a Junior Lawyer at our firm who primarily practices in the family law space. Elaine is especially intrigued with Family Law because she is passionate about offering sound and practical legal advice to people during emotionally challenging times.

Elaine is drawn to her role as it involves listening to others, empathising with them, and offering legal solutions to their problems. She is keen about offering solutions and guidance when it comes to complex issues that often arise in family law cases.

Having received educational qualifications from China and Australia, Elaine is fluent in both English and Mandarin. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Maritime Law from Dalian Maritime University. Additionally, she holds a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from the University of New South Wales, Sydney. Elaine passed her judicial examination in China in 2017.

When she is not busy helping our clients with their matter, you may either find her watching documentaries such as the Air Crash Investigation series or enjoying a hike in the great outdoors.
