Engaged in a civil dispute and was dissatisfied with their communication around time frames (didn't provide any around when to expect them to provide the agreed letter). When they did provide the letter to the other party, they received the same response that I had and when I advised that this was not satisfactory the response was "No problem. Feel free to reach out if you require any assistance." I paid them $1,540 to achieve the same outcome that I had and they did not offer any support or advice around what other steps I could take. I have since engaged another solicitor to take on the management who have been more efficient in their communication and services provided.I am extremely frustrated to have wasted money on a service that was so subpar.
