We're at Level 12, Suite 2/255 Pitt St, Sydney NSW 2000, five minutes on foot from the Family Court on Goulburn Street and about nine from the Supreme Court. Most of what we do ends up in one of those two courts, so being close matters. We act for individuals, families and businesses across the Sydney CBD and inner city.

Questions people ask about the CBD office
The Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Sydney) is in the Lionel Bowen Building at 97-99 Goulburn Street, a five minute walk from 255 Pitt Street. It handles divorce, parenting orders, property settlement and child support for NSW.
We put a written cost estimate in front of you before any work starts. A divorce application and a contested property settlement are very different in scope, so costs vary, but you'll always know what you're up for before we begin. Call 02 9723 8080 to talk through your situation. The first conversation is free.
Yes, in many cases. The Succession Act 2006 (NSW) allows spouses, de facto partners, children and certain other family members to challenge a will through a family provision claim in the Supreme Court of NSW at Queens Square. There is a 12 month time limit from the date of death, so early advice matters.
Both deal with property after separation. Consent orders go through the Family Court and have the force of a court order. A binding financial agreement is a private contract with no court sign off required and more flexibility, but both sides need independent legal advice for it to hold. Which makes sense depends on your situation, and we can walk you through that.
Yes. If the standard 9 to 5 window doesn't work, we can arrange early morning, evening or weekend appointments. Phone and video consultations are also available if coming into the office isn't practical.
Yes. We advise in English, Vietnamese, Mandarin Chinese and Arabic. A number of our clients in Haymarket and Chinatown work through their legal matters in Vietnamese or Mandarin, and our team is set up for that. No need to arrange your own interpreter.
