Family lawyers in Canley Heights,
plus wills, estates and commercial law
Canley Heights is where JB Solicitors started, and the office on Canley Vale Road is still the firm's headquarters more than 30 years on. We give family law, wills and estates, and commercial advice in English, Vietnamese and Mandarin to clients across Canley Heights, Canley Vale, Cabramatta, Fairfield and the surrounding south western Sydney suburbs.
Canley Heights has one of the largest Vietnamese speaking communities in Australia. We have acted for Vietnamese, Cambodian and other local families here for over 30 years, and can arrange Khmer and other interpreters in advance.
Legal services for south western Sydney
The office at Suite 3, Level 1, 203 Canley Vale Road is JB Solicitors' principal office and has been home to the firm since it was founded. It sits on the suburb's main commercial strip, and the practice was built acting for the families and businesses of Canley Heights, Canley Vale, Cabramatta, Fairfield and the broader Fairfield LGA.
The community here speaks many languages, and Canley Heights has one of the largest Vietnamese speaking populations of any suburb in Australia. Our team gives legal advice in English, Vietnamese and Mandarin, and has decades of experience handling family, estate and commercial matters for clients from Vietnamese, Cambodian and other culturally diverse backgrounds.
Fairfield Local Court, at the corner of Spencer Street and Court Road, is about 3 kilometres from our office. It hears AVO applications, domestic violence matters, some family law matters and criminal proceedings for the Fairfield LGA. Our team appears there regularly.
Matters for the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, such as divorce, parenting orders and property settlement, are heard at the Parramatta Registry, 1-3 George Street, about 13 kilometres away. We also have a Parramatta office if that is more convenient.
