What does a conveyancer do?

A conveyancer or solicitor is a qualified individual who is able to provide advice to the client to ensure that they are meeting their legal obligations with respect to the transaction, and that they are aware of their legal rights under the Contract for Sale.

They will also assist in preparing and/or reviewing the Contract for Sale, mortgage and other related documents.

  • 2. Commercial conveyancing
